Five Dilemmas Facing Today’s Digital Transformation Leaders

Leadership involves making choices and managing trade-offs in times of uncertainty. Based on our experience, a good starting point to gain a perspective on delivering digital transformation is to highlight the key areas where tensions are increasing and questions are being raised.
